= Purpose =
{{Utility|name=stripchart}} is a tcl file (''stripchart.tcl'') which operates on [[mchart]]. It assembles data for stripchart data or on MIDAS history save-set files (see also MIDAS [[History System]]). It is an alternative to GNU stripchart (gstripchart).
   
= Installation =
Tcl/Tk and bltwish packages must be installed to run stripchart.tcl, which is included in the MIDAS package, and is installed through the MIDAS Makefile. 

= Arguments =
   -h      : help
   -mhist  : look at history file (default) 
   -dmhist : debug mhist 
   -debug  : debug stripchart 
   -config_file:  see [[mchart]]

= Usage =
stripchart <-options> <config-file> 

 > stripchart.tcl -debug
 > stripchart.tcl
