The midas documentation has moved. The new documentation about custom pages is in:
- Custom pages: overview (adding pages to the menu, and writing a custom page)
- Custom pages: ODB widgets (using modbvalue, modbbutton and the other modb* elements)
- Custom pages: history plots (pre-configured and on-demand history plots, with mjshistory, mhistory_dialog() and mhistory_dialog_var())
- mhttpd.js (reference for the modb* elements and page set-up)
