The compression level should not be "hard-wired" in the builder. Some people might consider not
using compression in favour of higher speed. So maybe an option in the XML File like

<Tree>
  <TreeName>Test</TreeName>
  <TreeTitle>Test Data</TreeTitle>
  <CompressionLevel>1</CompressionLevel>
  ...
</Tree>
