The User_Begin_Of_Run routine provides a last chance to do preliminary work before the run starts. UBOR.for already contains all the necessary include files for accessing any variable in the system. This routine is activated after the opening of the CAMAC channel to allow access to the CAMAC crate. The standard use is for initialization of some variables.
