Midas host name

The name of the MIDAS host is given by (in order of priority) :

1. Environment variable MIDAS_DIR if defined, hostname will be the local host

or

2. The input parameter hostname of the MIDAS utility if supplied

or

3. Environment variable MIDAS_SERVER_HOST if defined

or

4. The local host (default)
