mhttpd ipv6 bind should be fixed now |

Reporting that mhttpd ipv6 works at CERN. The hostnames for ipv6 connections
come back as alphacpc05.ipv6.cern.ch instead of alphacpc05.cern.ch
so both are added to the http "insecure port" whitelist.
